Had my 2nd driving lesson today... Went to sit at the driver's seat and adjusted everything as usual. My instructor called me to move off and I was shocked because I was kinda scared and nervous... so basically I engage the 1st gear, release my handbrake and release to half clutch so that my car will move like a walking man.
My instructor called me to check the mirror if there is any car coming from behind before I move out and indeed, there are lots of cars. I was told to stop my car because I can't possibly move off with so many car coming. So I depress my brake and went to release my clutch fully instead. My engine suddenly vibrate violently and it stalled. LOL... I can't imagine my engine just stalled like that... so I restart my engine and moved off...
Drove straight and learned how to change the gear. From 1st gear to the 2nd to the 3rd. I was concentrating on the road ahead and suddenly, my instructor asked me a question. He asked me is turning left or turning right more easy? At first I thought the answer was turning right because my driver's seat is at the right side and so I can judge my position more easily. Then I changed my mind thinking that both are the same. lol...
Then I found out that the answer is turning left. Which is what I did today... Keep turning left while trying to change gear and get familiar to the road.
My engine stalled a few times because when I want to stop my car, I forgot to press my clutch and I have to restart my engine again. I was happily driving and I realise that there is no car in front and behind me. So I was at gear 2 and I depress my gas so hard that it almost touched the ground... LMAO.... I can feel my accelerator pedal 70% depressed and the engine was making loud sound because I should change up to gear 3 but I didn't because there is a curve in front and I don't want to change up. So my instructor asked me why the hell am I depressing the gas so much? Sigh...
There were a few moments where some car tailgated my car.
Hmm.... booked my practical driving test today. It's on the 1st of November. Kinda too early to book it but I am rushing to get my driving license. I am currently learning 2 lessons per week which should be sufficient for me to learn everything before my test date.
