16 days left. I have been waiting for this day to come... hmm... didn't really do well for my presentation for hrm today but I don't really bother about it. Went to CDC after tutorial and booked for an e-trial test.
Hmm... kinda expensive as they charge me $10.7 for it... I was told that I can do 2 tests within 50 mins which was like erm... not bad? There are 10 papers for me to choose 2 so I anyhow choose 7 and 10. Hmm.. some of the questions appeared in my ftt before. A couple of girls came out of the room at 3.05pm and queue up again. I guess they booked 2 e-trial test in a row... cool...

Hmm... it's been a long time since I talk about some random topics.lol... let's see erm... let's talk about a couple... an ordinary boy and girl that you can see outside.. so common and usual. Some people who are single may feel happy for them.... some people may feel irritated.. but that's not my main point here.
My main focus here is that do couple really have to be together every single time? From the point of view as a single person right now, I think it's freaking weird. Let's take for example a few weeks ago, a couple boarded the bus which I am in and as the bus was crowded, there was only 2 separate seats available. So the girl sat beside me and the guy sat in front of his gf with a stranger. After a few stops, there are more empty seats and the gf told the bf to change seat.
I know there is nothing wrong with it... but then the question that came to my mind at that point in time is 'will you two die if you don't sit together'? lol... sounds rude...

Speaking of rude, sigh... I worked on Sat and sun.. both days I kena scolded by customer.
On sat a customer came to and bought some ice-cream. There's a promotion for the ice-cream but the system was not updated. So basically as a cashier, we rely heavily on the system. She asked me whether there's promotion for the ice-cream and I scanned the barcode which states that one of them have but the other don't have. So I followed the system and overcharge her. She went to check the price tag and came back to me with rude attitude saying that my customer service sucks etc.
There are so many promotions going on and they may change anytime. I only know if the system say don't have means don't have lor... so I called my manager here and while waiting for my manager, I apologised to her... cb... she gave me those cocky attitude and complaint to my manager. Gave her the discount and she went off.
On sunday an old uncle came to buy 2 packets of coffee. It was like $11.20 for 2 packets and he paid me with all the other stuff that he bought. A min later, he checked the receipt and shouted at me for overcharging him.. He keep complaining that this is not the first time he get overcharged etc... I wanted to tell him to give me a min to check the price tag but he keep complaining non stop... so after checking the tag hmm.. it seems correct.. there shld be an offer for the coffee.. called my manager down again and the uncle kept complaining and shouting. He threw all the things that he bought on my table and called me to take it back... he don't want it anymore. My manager came and told him that the price tag was actually referring to another coffee. This is when he stopped complaining and asked my manager can he change then?

I almost lose control at that time.. I really feel like telling him uncle, you come here kao pei at me for 10 minutes non stop and throw things on my table. Now you know it's your fault then you know how to nicely talk... but forget it.. sigh... as they say, when you work, customer is always right... even if the customer is wrong, you have to take it as you are the one who is in the wrong.. life is never fair. How true man...
